Time On the Water

     Your day will start out at the Seneca Waterway Museum.  We will spend just the right amount of time giving you a taste of the history behind the beautiful waterways you will be traveling on.

     We leave the museum in our 24 foot Tri-toon boat, traveling up the canal thru a Lock in Waterloo, where you will learn the enormous effect the canal system had on the social and economic welfare of the people.   A nice picnic lunch will be waiting for you at the dock at Canal Side Experiences.

       After Lunch, you will be given Kayak-skill instruction before we go out on the water.  

 

    We will be paddling through two colonial mill-race, right by a national monument and up a major backwater.  You will see the wildlife come alive. This is a great opportunity to get an up- front and personal look at Nature.

      We end your day will end with a relaxing and leisurely ride back to Seneca Falls.
